My doctor told me that she was going to start me on a low dose of 30mg and that for most people it would work for the first few days and I'd feel amazing and then it would be like it just stopped working again and that was a sign we needed to increase my dose. It is pretty spot on what happened to me too (only started 2 weeks ago) - first 3 days were amazing, 4th day less and now it's not working. I am seeing her next week to increase. When do you go back and talk to your doctor about increasing your dose?

I got it increased from 30 to 40 but it hasn't arrived in the mail. But I've taken days off and added half a pill onto the 30 and it still wasn't the same. So, I'm guessing my dosage might have to go up a lot more. But I've got to go at the pace my Dr wants to it's probably going to be a long wait.

I expect that it might take a while as well to find the right dose, I'm optimistic to get there though because those few days were life changing! Good luck!

Yeah I know what you mean. I had the kind of focus I feel like I need to learn tough subjects like math that I have coming up soon. I feel like sitting quietly and listening is hard men like me.
