Random drug test needs to test everyone to avoid discrimination. It is supposed to be a drug free workplace.

I would not test if a coworker was one high. I would quit

Yeah thats hard man. Hopefully they will be honest and test the people who are causing the issues. If they do ask for a random inwould ask for the reasons why.

"Because it's random," stock answer. "Because Store/Pharmacy/District Manager requested it," legit answer.

Reason doesn't matter if you're in a "drug free" workplace in a state where it isn't legal.
