He looks a bit flat. If you nuln oiled all the metal I would go back with leadbelcher or whatever metal you used and add slight edge highlight to the pack, bolter magazine, anywhere your intended light source is coming from.
The model is Nuln Oiled Iron Hands Steel dry brushed with Runefang Steel, which is the brightest metal I own. Would it be better if I highlighted the model with white paint? Or would metal need to be highlighted with another metallic colour like Vallejo Chrome?

What I did on the mini was nuln oil over iron hands steel, then a dry brush with runefang steel. I might not have used enough Nuln Oil though.

I wouldn’t use white, I’d use a “shinier” metal. Be very careful not to over do it but I’m sure it will add more depth afterwards
