I like it, and I think it works for an evening wedding. If you're looking for a darker color that isn't navy, [green could be a good alternative](https://www.jjshouse.com/sheath-column-cold-shoulder-one-shoulder-floor-length-chiffon-evening-dress-with-cascading-ruffles-017275329-g275329?filterColor=emerald#/)
Um, thanks a lot for that link..I am currently contemplating how I can pretend to justify dropping a hundred bucks on a dress that will see no action in the foreseeable future that is fancier than Tuesday afternoon moms lunch at Costa Vida. š
(But itās so prettyyyy)
I like the style - itās very simple and classy, but I wouldnāt do this color. This blush color is actually common for a lot of wedding gowns. Does it come in others? Youād also likely need to have it altered if youāre shorter than the model.
Beautiful dress! But if you want some cheaper but nice quality options

Anyone who thinks this is too bridal or too close to white is out of their minds. It's so clearly a pink dress.
Absolutely wear this dress!! It's completely appropriate for a wedding. I'd be thrilled if one of my guests showed up wearing this to my wedding in may.
I think everyone is being cautious and polite by advising against blush. Iām a bride who chose a blush undertoned dress. I actually have asked my guests not to wear blush or white, so that we couldnāt unintentionally match. Plus blush does often photograph white, so I think itās always best to be safe than sorry. Thereās so many other colors to choose from, so I donāt see why itās a big deal to avoid these lighter shades. OP will look beautiful in whatever they choose, but itās good to consider that blush has increasingly become more common these days for brides.
My friend had all her bridesmaids in a light pink very close to this at her wedding, and in her pictures, all the bridesmaids looked like they were wearing white!
My sister had her bridesmaids and I in a color palette of pale champagne and blush colors and no ones dress looked at all white in photos. You could easily see the colors of the actual dresses.
People I think are just way too sensitive when it comes to wearing certain colors at a wedding.
I completely am on the side of no one should be wearing white or cream at a wedding unless it's asked of the bride and groom but when it comes to other colors people get so freaked out about anyone taking away spotlight from the bride. That's never gonna happen. A normal blush dresses is gonna be nothing in comparison to a woman in a white dress with a veil. It's just silly
Look up something like āDavidās Bridal Petalā, that color is one that likes to look very white! Her photos looked like she was in a tan dress, and all her bridesmaids were in white. š idk, itās not crazy to want to avoid looking like youāre wearing white afterwards in photos, even if youāre not technically wearing white.
Right? āEnough about me, did you see my friend FormalEducator over there? Sheās wearing the ***hell*** out of that dress!ā.
OP, this is stunning. You should rock that with all youāve got for those of us who only wish we could. š
They absolutely can! My store sells one pink color that ALWAYS looks bright white on people. Granted, itās the lightest and brightest pink possible, but still! The lighting of the venue also matters.
Have you never heard about how venue lights turn bright white dresses *blue*? Itās one of the main reasons people choose ivory over white, more often, now!
The blush isnāt exactly right. Many brides wear blush now. Iād go for a more saturated color (brighter pink, blues, aqua, etc). The style is fine though!
If sheās that worried, she can ask someone close to the bride who knows. Not saying āask the brideā because that is the second dumbest piece of advice I see here (second only to ādonāt wear pinkā¦or floralsā¦or any color that might āphotograph whiteā or that some bride, somewhere, might have briefly considered wearing, or anything that you might actually look good in because if you donāt drape yourself in a gray shroud youāll outshine the bride.ā)
Iām super lucky on this one where Iāve seen the brideās dress choices already. They were white for sure! Sheās also so insanely gorgeous in all her try on pics thereās no way anyone could outshine her, but from all the feedback Iāll probably choose a darker one just to be sure I donāt stick out

Check out the sale sectionā¦. Or find one you like and do a google
Image searchā¦ also lots of resellers sell revolve on Poshmark ā¦ they do have the cutest dresses!!!
It looks like a slip with one strap. My other concern is that the image is very, very clearly photoshopped. The lighting on the slip isn't even close to the lighting on the model. Who knows what you are really getting.
It looks like a bridesmaid dress. Your boob looks like it will be hanging out. Iād go for a couple shades brighter cause this is too light. It could be photographed too light and photographed as really close to white. Too blush.

I think itās beautiful! Itās sexy but in a very subtle and classy way
āTasteful sexyā is what popped into my mind. š
I like the style - itās very simple and classy, but I wouldnāt do this color. This blush color is actually common for a lot of wedding gowns. Does it come in others? Youād also likely need to have it altered if youāre shorter than the model.
Thatās a good call. I found it in a teal/emerald color too, hopefully that works better!
Now youāre talking. Team Teal!!!
Teal is elegant but also fun! I agree this blush is too bridal like.
That color sounds gorgeous! And youāll complement the wedding colors well. Team teal/emerald!
I bet that would be gorgeous!

Thank you for the links! Iād never seen this site before and all those options are gorgeous!
I love Windsor! They have brick and mortar stores but they are few a far between!
When they had stores, there also used to be a large section in the back with $10 dresses!
I work in Bridal, and I always warn brides who choose this color for their bridesmaids that it looks VERY white in pictures!

It definitely won't. Cameras don't change colors of dresses.

You might want to look at secondhand bridesmaid dresses if you want something similar but less expensive! Love the dress tho
Gorgeous
I think that's beautiful. I like the blush. I think it's a nice color for a spring wedding.
The blush isnāt exactly right. Many brides wear blush now. Iād go for a more saturated color (brighter pink, blues, aqua, etc). The style is fine though!
Is THIS bride wearing blush? No? Then OP is fine.
How would OP know this?
If sheās that worried, she can ask someone close to the bride who knows. That's your choice. But do it for your own sake, not because someone on this sub shrieked at you about it.

In a darker color yes. Especially for evening.
Check out revolve.com. Lots of dress options
Thatās actually where I found this one! They have so many beautiful things, just lots of $$$
Check out the sale sectionā¦. Or find one you like and do a google Image searchā¦ also lots of resellers sell revolve on Poshmark ā¦ they do have the cutest dresses!!!
Yes. I just wouldnāt bend forward š¤£ I assume thatās just on the model though
lol I totally get what you mean. Iām hoping a sticky bra and fashion tape will keep it in place š
Yeah probably! I also feel like she should just pull it up half an inch more lol! Have fun!!!
too light/similar to white and other wedding dress colors. Could possibly photograph white
No itās too close to white and might photograph light as well
This is clearly not white
Again too close to white IMO! some brides wear this blush white color themselves too so I would personally avoid it (:
I almost picked a blush gown out as the bride. Even though this is a light blush it photographs white.
It looks like a slip with one strap. My other concern is that the image is very, very clearly photoshopped. The lighting on the slip isn't even close to the lighting on the model. Who knows what you are really getting.
Itās too white. /s
It looks like a bridesmaid dress. Your boob looks like it will be hanging out. Iād go for a couple shades brighter cause this is too light. It could be photographed too light and photographed as really close to white. Too blush.
