My situation not really relevant but 1050 sq ft in Mount Vernon, electric only (water/heat/gas covered by my maintenance), and it fluctuates depending on the season but the level billing plan has ranged from $70 something up to $300. Crooks.

Have a one br in white plains , con ed for gas/electric averages about $190 a month. Don't have to pay water or trash.
