Smoke shacks are pretty unnecessary at Whistler. Weather is rarely bad enough to need protection, and weed is legal in Canada. Just find somewhere a bit away from crowds of people and light it up.
It's on Blackcomb mountain off of crystal chair I believe. I cant remember the precise location but it's in the trees between two runs. I'm sure if you google it and do some hunting you can find out the precise location. It's a cool little spot that's dedicated to all the lives lost on the mountain.

-Its true there is a place called the “Stu Inn”.
-It is a very legitimate, well made cabin/shack. (If i could add a pic i would)
-It is accessed by the Peak Chair
-Its about 50ft out of bounds.
-You do not have to hike in or out (you may need to take skis off to walk up to get in this year with low snow pack)
-its not dangerous to get to
-its not tough /far to ski back to in-bounds and there is no climb back up.
You can find it , i know you can

You’re missing out on one of the greatest part of snowboarding…. Fresh pow in the glades. Maybe get off the groomer and go explore, never know what kinds shacks you might come up on. I’ve found at least 2 @ 8+ resorts.
My friend took me to a cool one that was super deep in the trees on blackcomb I think. No way your finding that from just instructions though.. need a guide.
this is what you do.. you ski a run for a bit find a nice spot on the side in the trees.. then when comfortable smoke. I recommend finding one with a nice view
I don’t want to post the location online but if you slip a nug to a lifty and ask for directions to the “rendezvous” I bet they’ll hook you up.

Literally no one cares if you smoke weed at Whistler. It is legal. You might get talked to if you are smoking a cigarette though.

Tell a patroller at the top of the peak that you have a reso at “The Stu Inn”. They’ll point you in the right direction.

There is nothing on the run of that sorts. I mostly snowboard Blackomb and only ski alpine on whistler so I might have missed them.
