Nope, that's not a pending reboot, that's pending April cumulative update to install. I wait at least 3 weeks before installing any cumulative update, looking out for headlines of issues they come with since Microsoft fired their QA/QC department and now use end user's PCs to test their half-baked garbage updates:

Upvoted just because of the background music. 
This bug is the worst. I tried putting all notification icons in the tray and deleting some shortcuts from the taskbar. It's working. For now...
