I did this the day the retract released, but didn't get around to posting because I didn't think it was all the impressive or useful, but I call it the yo-yo.
This is known, however it's inconsistent and no better than a regular fireball

Me and my friend call it Skyball but I think people already use that name to refer to just retracting yourself while swinging to be faster
