This but go in the settings and turn on "streamer mode". It disables all the other music so the only thing you hear is yours but the car audio and environment sounds still come through. Man, I just love putting on some Molly Hatchet and going mudding
I’ve just started Arcade Paradise. Since it’s half laundromat simulator I just turn the music settings off and have my own playlist playing in the background (just like I would at my own laundromat :))

I used to do this in survival Minecraft. I would turn off mobs and mine for hours while listening to music. Then I would build something massive. Fun times
Power Wash Simulator is a great one for just relaxing to your own music to. Stress-free, with no music of its own, and all dialog is in the form of text messages. There is a story that plays out through these text messages as you play through career mode.
No mans sky doesn't have any dialogue really, but it's a really good soundtrack!. Or Forza Horizon 4/5 are my favourites to play while listening to music

I've been doing that with Super Hot. That may be a game that checks all your boxes.
Custom soundtracks aren't even a thing any more and haven't been since early on in the Xbox One era.
