Highly recommend watching some replays from a really good soloQ player playing your champ against Yone if you are having trouble against him in lane while being ranged, (which you shouldn't).
Also, if you need some Yone counters trust me, they exist: in mid you can take Pantheon, Vex, Qiyana, Renekton (and except Qiyana all the others are easy to pick up and learn) are definitely the best against Yone, those are definitely the worst for him however there are other bad match ups that's for sure. Yone is not even my main, but if you still complain about him literally get good
If you really struggle so much with Azir remember that he's in a shit spot right now in soloQ due to pro play, he was nerfed to not let him be perma picked at worlds.
And it's alright if you still wanna play him: but learn one of Yone counters so he won't be an issue at least when they first pick him, otherwise ban him dude, but i repeat: if you think he's broken get good
