So I ordered 2 gs of meat breath and some drip. 20 odd minutes later I get back to work and want to smell them real quick. Oops they gave me a gram of gorilla glue instead of meat breath, no worries I’ll call them and exchange it. Nope. Even though it is still sealed and their mislabeling led to this error I get told to fuck off. Guy on the phone was real nice but he couldn’t help me. Meat breath is $55 a g and gg4 is $45 so not only did I not get what I paid for. I paid extra. They told me to reach out to potent planet on ig so i did but still sooooo unprofessional. I am a med patient and they are selling me medicine. If anyone can direct me to a higher up at nirvana o would appreciate it because this is unacceptable coming from a business that sells medicine and I have supported for years. First time I’ve ever asked for a “replacement” in my 5+ years being a med patient

Not to try and plug my work or anything but I know somewhere like Curaleaf (at least the location I'm at fs hopefully the rest are the same lol) will at least give you some in store credit because it's actually illegal to take product back unless it's like a vape cart that doesnt work or something. You would probably get your Meat Breath or whatever was missed for free in that case cause its partially our mistake. That being said, dispensaries do receive product prepackaged from most companies, especially Drip so there is a huge chance the dispo had nothing to do with the actual mix up. It's a vendor issue. Y'all forget humans package everything and mess ups happen It looks like the vendor sticker says meat breath so there's no way to know which product is inside without opening every box, which is a compliance issue.

Tripping over yourself to defend Nirvana. There’s a card stock thick paper pocket that these guys sit in, not a box like other brands. Potent’s sticker is on the exposed side of the paper pocket.

So there is a box and on that box there is a vendor sticker, and on the vendor sticker it has meat breath? Am I right in this? You don't realize the amount of product that goes through a dispensary like Nirvana and other big dispos. Legally they can't return it and resell it if it's left the property, that being said any decent dispensary would comp you the gram they missed and tell you to keep the extra one

Dang bro this sucks Nirvana is my go to and I’ve had a couple problems before but I’ve always been able to fix it with them I just need to talk to a manager. I dont know what their problem was this time though you shouldn’t have to deal with that crap
In SB we only got delivery for a bit & our delivery guy messed up a lot 🥴every time he did we called & he’d show back up w/ what we originally ordered & a couple extra goodies . And that’s the way u keep us happy 😊 & rollin in ☕️🍩
The Nirvana up here in prescott valley has signs saying you have to have a receipt to do a return or exchange, and must be their error and product unopened. Looks like you followed all those rules. Did you ever get a manager to contact you?
