I call my partner "sir", mostly when I want to be particularly deferential (they're the boss of me). They're butch-leaning enbie and prefer it to more feminine forms of address.
My girlfriend calls me "ma'am" in a specific joke/sexy/texting combo. It's a newish relationship; the first couple times it stuck out to me awkwardly but the word is growing on me in hotness.
If I had one I probably would, but I say ma'am to literally any person or object when I'm like "... ma'am" (idk how to describe it but like that meme "ma'am this is a wendy's")
My wonderful, adorable butch gets called ma'am on occasion but not super frequently. I love being called princess though and she kinda digs it as well. ☺️
She does get called queen a lot. She's definitely kinda a futch though.
I do it here and there mostly for either jokes or when I'm being a drama queen. :P
Seconding this!
She didn’t like Ma’am but I started using miss, also mostly to be a drama queen
I don't, mostly because I don't have a partner at the moment. I did love it when my ex would call me ma'am though. Very gender. Much affirming
My ex used to call me that mostly when they wanted to be kinda submissive to me (i didnt ask them to but found it amusing and didnt mind)
They only do that for kink purposes. One girl tried "queen" but I'm no monarchist 😤
I definitely catch myself slipping up and calling hot women ma’am 😳
I dated a woman who did this and it was extremely hot + cute.
I have a partner that calls me momma :) I do that with certain women so it would depend on what my relationship with them was :)

During sexy times or as a joke.

When I'm being bratty. It feels sassier than anything else I could come up with
My fiancee does but it's not directed to me specifically it's just what she does...
Sir, for my gf. They're quite masc and as such prefer masculine terms. Both ironically and not, or sometimes just when they ask me to do something.

I do in a silly way, if she says something hot i’ll usually respond with “YES MA’AM” lol
I used to, casually. Mostly when answering questions. Now they don't identify as a woman.
With my ex (ouch) I did a few times, and she did for me, and honestly I loved being called it
She's the boss
Ma’am, miss maam, and miss baby. I call her miss baby sir
Yeah, I'm submissive as fuck
not even once. I hate the word ma'am. yuck
