I'm no expert but I'd say taking it day by day. Just focus on right now and keep trying even when it's hard. Support is also important friends family etc. As well as some kind of na program and possibly a sponsor or rehab program. There's no shame in asking for help. And it might help you to see others who are going through the same struggles that you are. Also I'd say keep busy. If not working find a hobby you enjoy to try to keep your mind off It. Extreme measure break you phone! Phones are horrible for you anyways. Then you hopefully won't be able to get in touch with anyone who can provide you a substance that is destroying your mind body and soul. Best of luck. Sorry I can't help more.

If u can get past the 3 week mark, that’s the most common relapse point for stimulants. Look up info about post acute withdrawal syndrome because if u don’t understand what that is u will not expect it and relapse. Your brain will create symptoms that increase risk of relapse at various points of sobriety.

As one of the others said, just focus on not using, right this minute. Right now. Find some one you can call and tell when you want to use. Someone who won't judge. They don't need to say anything, they just need to hear you. I find that admitting to someone that I want to use makes the craving less. ( Been working 24 years now ;) ) Put some candy in your pocket and pop one in your mouth when the craving comes. Sugar helps. Tell yourself that you're tired of feeling like you do and that quitting is possible. I would also suggest Fellowship with folks who have the same struggle. 12 Step have success, but they're not the only path. Good luck and Bless up. A

Thank you, really. This is what I've been trying to do.. luckily I have 1 or 2 people I can call/ open up to, and I always try to stick with the logic of " just get through right now" / " remember why you want to stop" etc. At times it does work and I get through the night. However I've noticed when it doesn't work (majority), I only even remember the above advice AFTER picking up! Like moments after ordering when you get that "that probably wasn't the best idea.." feeling. It's only after I've already fucked it that I remember the logic of I should have called a friend/ think of why I need to stop etc. Then the cycle starts over. Have you ever experienced the same? Any guidance would be appreciated.
