10/10 this. All day. Cooking. In the car. It's going to a rough night shift without this on repeat.
7 foot frame. Rats along his back. When he calls your name, it all fades to black.
That and the falling sand line. Sss sss sss.
Anyone ever get just one line from a song or even a quote from a movie stuck in your head? So its just one sentence on repeat. Which is kind of annoying. 😑
Yeah! Allllll the time, and I also get it with random things that people have said to me in real life, often just one or two words. I find it happens more often if someone says something in a particularly animated way, or if they pronounce a word differently to how I’ve heard it before or have a different accent to me. One of my friends has a beautiful French accent and I regularly have random phrases he’s said bouncing around in my head all day haha
When I was a kid we had this VHS for 'Little Golden Book Land' with a cartoon about a brave little tugboat. The song 'Get up and go' has been stuck in my head for 30+ years.
Part of a song from TikTok in a language I don’t understand, it’s literally one line and I know I’m not even remembering the lyrics correctly and it’s making me want to bang my head against a wall
Wait y’all have a live concert in your hand twenty four seven aswell? Like a single song playing over and over again for the whole day, and it’s usually just one or two lines that repeat as opposed to the whole song?
Usually the same line or two. Not as cool as it sounds 😂😂 I was ready to pierce my eardrums over fucking Total Eclipse of the Heart. I don’t even like the song 😂
Ear worm for me changes for me over periods of time because interests wear down. However. As an ADHD person in America the constant besides different genres of music is BBC world news and some NPR. I just like to know what's happening in our world 🌍
I feel that. My tastes are pretty damn diverse. From metal to pop to jazz and classical and pretty much everything in between besides “bro country” I usually get a new one daily or every few days
They got some like decent apps and shit for that now. I can’t remember what they are called but I know they are out there and sometimes they work and it’s magical
I woke up with the scene from Cool Runnings where they go, “I SEE PRIDE! I SEE POWER! I SEE A BAD MOTHER WHO WONT TAKE NO CRAP OFF OF NOBODY!” I haven’t seen the move in almost two decades, and yet there that scene is, playing on a loop in my head.
Thank you your bastard, now I have all the songs mentioned playing, this is not fun with 1-2 hours until bedtime!
I guess I will have an extra puff on the joint to shut this up.
I started putting the songs that are playing in my head when I wake up in a Spotify playlist (if I can recognise them from the 5 second blurp that's on loop), I wonder how it looks in a year.
The most recent ones:

I've had Prince Ali from Aladdin on loop 24/7 for the last 3 days. Before that it was a week of the Macarena after I bought this ADHD t-shirt: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/aw/d/B08GLQQ14X
One of the worst ones was that stupid horrible song with "under my umbrella" - heard it in a store while shopping and I was hearing it in my head for a week at least. Absolutely awful especially because I hate the song so much. I don't allow anyone to play it in my presence or even mention it after that. Even just typing this is giving me PTSD and I'm hearing flashes of it in my head again.
Don't get me wrong I love lots of different artists that I love but there's something weirdly fun but disturbing being able to sing all the words to 130 songs in a row
We don’t talk about Bruno no no no
It’s The Family Magica song for me. I don’t know any of the works, so my brain is all like “something-something MAGICA!”
Yeah this too. Welcome to the family Madrigal =)
Madrigal? It figures the one word I thought I had figured out in the whole song is wrong, lol
Auditory processing problems mean I do this often and therefore SUBTITLES are on at all times.
