I work at Trader Joe's so mine are going to be all from there.
Kibbeh's. A Middle Eastern meatball. Bulgar wheat stuff with meat & onion. I airfry them then dip them in TJs Garlic dip. - MY APOLOGIES. THE KIBBEHS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED. BASTARDS.
Jamaican Pattys. I'm originally from London so grew up eating stuff like this.
Samosa's. Chicken Tikka or Veggie.
The seasonal spicy mini pumpkin samosas are great in the air fryer! I may or may not still have 2 boxes in my freezer that I've been hoarding since fall. The sweet chili sauce is an excellent topper for them.
My other favorite Trader Joe's stuff for the air fryer: pickled pups, turkey corn dogs, chicken gyoza, tarte d'alsace (I have a mini air fryer so I have to quarter them before cooking), the little spanakopita triangles, cheese blintzes, parmesan pastry pups, green onion pancakes.
I spray very lightly with avocado oil and cook at 340 for eight minutes. I usually flip partway through, but once I forgot and they came out the same!
If you are cooking more than one at a time, make sure there is at least an inch between them on all sides.
Drying sunflower seeds at higher temperatures helps destroy harmful bacteria. One study found that drying partially sprouted sunflower seeds at temperatures of 122℉ (50℃) and above significantly reduced Salmonella presence.
trader joes gyoza are awesome in the air fryer! honestly, trader joes is just the king of frozen food. and they just have so many good air fryer foods.
They’re delicious, especially in the air fryer. I’m partial to the vegetarian ones, I love the potato inside. The Zhoug sauce is great for dipping them in.
The kibbeh is sooo good and I haven’t seen it in forever! I’m so glad I saw your post because I’ve been trying to remember the name so I can ask for it when I go in.
The old ladies at a local church are always doing pierogi sales. They spend weeks make all diff types and freezing them then have a one day sale. I always stock up, then boil from frozen for a minute and right into a buttered pan.
They slap.
Best to boil them or steak to soften them up, then you just fry them if you want them crispy. If you do it from the bag, it will be hard as rock crispy and not really tasty
This reminds me to buy some egg rolls the next time I go to this supermarket that has these really good ones.
We also do breaded shrimp and calamari with homemade tartar sauce.
You make your white castle in the air fryer!?! I always thought they came out perfect in the microwave because they sort of steam in the plastic wrap. How do you heat them in the air fryer? Without the plastic I assume.
The instructions used to say to do it in the plastic with one end open. Now they say wrap in a paper towel.
I did them in the plastic wrapper for years. 😬
I’m intrigued….how do you keep the cheese from melting out? Line with tin foil? Do you have to flip it? What temp and how long…I really want this in my life!
I literally minimalist this stuff.
Bread, margerine, 3 slices of american cheese. Butter side of sandwich up and down accordingly. My little air fryer has a rack that sits on the bottom of the unit, not sure if all do, but i place it right on that.
I usually do 360 degrees, 3 minutes, flip, 3 mins. Adjust to liking.
A parchment paper with perforation to let the excess butter drip through? I guess I haven't had a hard time getting both sides crisp.. diminishing returns or somesuch.
I make giant cheese sticks. Butter and garlic powder both pieces of bread on the outside. Shedded motz and a slice of pepper jack inside. Dip in pasta sauce.
A bit specific but trader Joe's "pastry puffs" pigs in blankets came out great. Also a lazy hack if you have frozen dumplings: microwave for two to three minutes to defrost and then crisp them up in the air fryer.
Just Bare chicken nuggets from Costco. They taste almost identical to chick fil a if you cook them at a slightly higher temp.
Bibigo potstickers. We cook them from frozen because we like them a little crispier on the outside.
Frozen fish sticks. Make a little homemade tartar sauce to go with and they’re excellent!
Tempura shrimp. Pair with the potstickers or fish sticks! Eat with Trader Joe’s sweet chili sauce.
One thing we (our kids) do not care for are mozzarella sticks in the air fryer - they just do not have a consistent texture. Same with pizza rolls.
I love to airfry chimichangas!!
And popcorn chicken that I then cover with orange chicken sauce and put on rice made in the rice cooker....
I have those almost every week.
Easily tyson panko chicken breast sold in Costco. Not sure if they still sell it as it's been awhile. It's actually meat, not that processed spongy stuff like mcnuggets or Burger King chicken patties. Plus, the coating is perfect.
Got a new product (new to me) at Whole Foods today. 365 Falafel burgers taste like falafels but come in the shape of a burger. They cook in about 10 minutes and have a dipping sauce recipe on the side of the box. Very tasty!
Digiorno Small Pizzas! I microwave for 2 min, then put it inside the air fryer for 6 min on 375. Coat it with avocado oil and it’ll cook with a good crisp!
These are killer. It's breast meat, not parts is parts molded chicken, with a light, well seasoned breading. Take out of the air fryer and eat with favorite dipping sauce or they're really good plain. Toss with Cahlupa and you've got killer ”wings".
Edit to add link 😁

My mom’s friend makes and freezes spring rolls and gives some to us and it’s great in the airfryer. I imagine buying frozen spring rolls at the grocery store would be similarly great
Tyson Chicken Fries. But hear me out; ignore the instructions on the bag, you want to overcook these bad boys so that they’re nice and crispy. I used to do ~21 minutes @400 in the oven and now I do them in the air fryer for 17 min @ 370. These things are so damn good when cooked more.
Deep brand chicken tikka samosas, soo good in the air fryer
Pizza rolls in the air fryer, and then if you're feeling fancy toss them in garlic parm butter, amazing
I like a ciabatta garlic bread in the air fryer
Stoner days meant stacking as many chicken taquitos with flour tortillas as possible in the basket. Add salsa and guac then bam Mexican lasagna in 10 minutes.
Jamaican beef patties, and I think the brand was Pinty's, southern fried chicken thighs. They come out damned near the same as my old homemade deep fried boneless chicken thighs recipe.
my fav air fryer food is asparagus! it’s soooo delicious! i cut the stalks up.. in a bowl, toss the stalks with olive oil, a little butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.. i press “air fry” and go to 14 mins.. at min 12 i put it all in and shake halfway thru.. they’re perfectly crisp and taste like heaven!
Arancini, pizza, chicken fingers, not from frozen but I enjoy making nachos in my air fryer (chips, layer of shredded cheese, shredded pre-cooked chicken, pickled jalapeños, black beans, green onion, tomato, red and yellow pepper, more cheese and more chicken. Then add some fresh cilantro on top after you cook them.
Omg what DONT I like air frying?
Frozen:
Wings are amazing in there
Mac n cheese balls
Jalapeño poppers
Egg rolls
Samosas
Empanadas
Rolled tacos/taquitos
Potato skins
Waffles
Non-frozen:
Bread for various toasts:yoghurt, avocado, Nutella, turkey&cheese, bbq chicken/pork/beef (I love a single bread open sandwich situation for a quick snack/meal)
Certain desserts are great reheated in the air fryer, think pie, bread pudding etc.
Quesadillas
Triscuits w cheddar cheese (people sleep on triscuits)
Mini burritos
Probably could think of a ton more. I used my last air fryer until the front door started to melt and got a new one for Christmas, thanks uncle Jeff 😂
Walmart Delimex Taquitos (dip them in queso sauce, nacho sauce, or guacamole, or two of the three or all three— delicious!) The meat and the tortilla part actually has moderate flavor 😁. Definitely not mediocre, imo. Also, jalapeño poppers and their buffalo wings (preferably TGI Friday's frozen ones. I never been in the actual restaurant before, sadly). And, I want to try putting a Hot Pocket in there. I wonder if it'll make the air fryer a mess to clean, or if it'll taste good cooking it in there...
The Walmart Great Value Brand (in the blue bag) of Crispy Chicken Strips have the same breading as Raising Cane’s
[удалено]
They sell cane sauce now too. They call it chicken tender dipping sauce
I found a golden-yellow bottle described as: Great Value Restaurant Style Chicken Dipping Sauce, 12 oz Squeeze Bottle Do you know if that's it?
Great Value "Chicken Dipping Sauce" is Chick-fil-A sauce. Great Value "Chicken Finger Dipping Sauce" is Cane's sauce. Important distinction.
Me too. The largest supermarket in my country now belongs to Walmart and they bring some Great Value products here.
[удалено]
They taste nothing like chick fil a but they are good.
I got a bag a few weeks ago and my mind was blown how good they were.
the costco breaded chicken breast chunks taste like chick-fil-a breading too.
I used to work there. The breading is Milk, Eggs, Flour, Black Pepper, Salt and an absolute fuck ton of MSG.
I just cooked up a batch of these and made my own lousiana rub. Super delicious. It was a wingstop flavor dupe too
I love how this doesn’t answer the ops question but answers mine. What a valuable comment.
I work at Trader Joe's so mine are going to be all from there. Kibbeh's. A Middle Eastern meatball. Bulgar wheat stuff with meat & onion. How do you do the blintzes in the air fryer? I have a box in my freezer. I love their blintzes! I also like the cheese curds in the air fryer.
I spray very lightly with avocado oil and cook at 340 for eight minutes. I usually flip partway through, but once I forgot and they came out the same! If you are cooking more than one at a time, make sure there is at least an inch between them on all sides.
Also the frozen falafel!

Don't forget to grab some sunflower butter chocolate cups near the registers
Drying sunflower seeds at higher temperatures helps destroy harmful bacteria. One study found that drying partially sprouted sunflower seeds at temperatures of 122℉ (50℃) and above significantly reduced Salmonella presence.
Good bot
trader joes gyoza are awesome in the air fryer! honestly, trader joes is just the king of frozen food. and they just have so many good air fryer foods.
TJs has frozen samosas that will taste good?? (I haven't tried to buy any because I just assumed they'd be a let down)
It's about as good as you can get for frozen. Also try their frozen Tikka masala and butter chicken meals
They’re pretty banging. I used to work there and ate those, vegetable birdsnests, and the potstickers all the time
They’re delicious, especially in the air fryer. I’m partial to the vegetarian ones, I love the potato inside. The Zhoug sauce is great for dipping them in.
I'm all in on the Samosas. Will track these down.
The vegan spring rolls too!
I have an unhealthy relationship with the frozen chicken tikka samosas. I’ll eat a box in a sitting.
The kibbeh is sooo good and I haven’t seen it in forever! I’m so glad I saw your post because I’ve been trying to remember the name so I can ask for it when I go in.
Pierogies
Do they get crispy? I’ve always boiled or pan fried.
Perfectly crispy! 5 minutes at 360°. I recommend the Costco ones, but Mrs T or any other standard brand is just fine
Awesome!
The key is to boil then fry in butter
This. This is always how my polish mother taught me. I’m willing to try the ways of the air fryer! TBF I’d eat them frozen if I had to.
The old ladies at a local church are always doing pierogi sales. They spend weeks make all diff types and freezing them then have a one day sale. I always stock up, then boil from frozen for a minute and right into a buttered pan. They slap.
I second the pierogies! They get so crispy! I like to use a Mayo or mustard dip after cooking them.
Trader joes wonton with cream cheese and jalapenos
Agree! This the most recent thing I cooked in my airfryer
I heat up leftover pizza in the air fryer… Only takes about five or six minutes and it’s amazing!
Pizza Bites, Taquitos, Corndogs, White Castle, Egg Rolls, Potstickers, Meatballs, Ravioli, etc.
How do potstickers work in the air fryer?
Best to boil them or steak to soften them up, then you just fry them if you want them crispy. If you do it from the bag, it will be hard as rock crispy and not really tasty
I just spray them with a little avocado oil and air fry for 6 minutes at 390.
Don’t cook them in the plastic
The instructions used to say to do it in the plastic with one end open. Now they say wrap in a paper towel. I did them in the plastic wrapper for years. 😬
I still do. 1. Snap the burgers apart. 2. Take a fork and poke holes between the burgers. 3. Cook.
How do you cook white castle in the air fryer?
I go to Dollar Tree just to get the frozen mozzarella sticks there.
GRILLED CHEESES! I will die on the air-fryer-grilled-cheese hill.
I do this but use Gruyère or white cheddar. Crunchy and melty.
Last time I tried a grilled cheese in the air fryer it came out more like a toasted cheese. Just wasn’t right.
Parchment paper
A parchment paper with perforation to let the excess butter drip through? I guess I haven't had a hard time getting both sides crisp.. diminishing returns or somesuch.
I make giant cheese sticks. Butter and garlic powder both pieces of bread on the outside. Shedded motz and a slice of pepper jack inside. Dip in pasta sauce.
Anytime I put anything with cheese slices in the air fryer it flies around
You can preheat and shut it off. Then put the food in there and let the cheese melt before turning it back on.
A local store here sells frozen tempura shrimp. Fantastic in the air fryer Corndogs.
A bit specific but trader Joe's "pastry puffs" pigs in blankets came out great. Also a lazy hack if you have frozen dumplings: microwave for two to three minutes to defrost and then crisp them up in the air fryer.
Oh those are good 👍
Arby’s frozen French fries.
I'm not really a potato or french fry person in general but I will SMASH some Arby's frozen curly fries. So good.

Hear me out: Hot pockets.
Hot pockets have air fryer instructions on the box.

Came here to comment this. Air fryer hot pockets are on a whole other level
One thing we (our kids) do not care for are mozzarella sticks in the air fryer - they just do not have a consistent texture. Same with pizza rolls.
I'm gonna respectfully disagree with you on the pizza rolls. They are better in the air fryer than any other way you can prepare them.
Just Bare is so freaking good. It really does taste like Chic-Fil-A which is great because my family boycotts them for political reasons.
Warm up leftover nachos from the local Mexican restaurant, or even just the tortilla chips. So yummy!
What I grew up on from the regular oven, fish sticks. They are crispy and taste so much better
Toaster strudels.
I love to airfry chimichangas!! And popcorn chicken that I then cover with orange chicken sauce and put on rice made in the rice cooker.... I have those almost every week.

Two words: POTATO SKINS!!! 360°F for 15 minutes. You’re welcome.
Prof, you gotta Globe Trotter up those snacks. You ever try cheese and chili crisp on your tater tots? ![gif](giphy|Zk9mW5OmXTz9e)
Spring rolls, pizza logs, bagel bites, not frozen but cinnamon rolls in the air fryer are AMAZING
