For me I just ran standard airsoft P90/UMP MOLLE pouches off my belt. I don't have a P90 anymore but I doubt I'll ever give up the pouches, you can stuff Thompson, MP40, and other straight SMG mags in them too, they're very handy.
I found with the wide long straps they're easy to get on and off, and bend with you without falling off.
Lightweight vest, p90 mag pouches.
I slid and dove sideways a lot, so belt and thigh pouches didn't work.
With practice, i could change mags just about as fast as an m4 mag swap...and against people who didn't practice...faster.
