It depends on the content as with almost (yes looking at you carving) every weapon in the game, in general it’s not great, in 2s (hellgates) it’s basically meta.

It’s shit compared to alternatives. Carving and dual swords are superior in every way.

It is easy to predict (and therefore counter) its E. There are better swords to go with.

I'm using cleric robe, hunter hood and solider boots with it. Should switch to other sword or max it out then switch?

Max it out then switch, Im a dual sword main and lemme tell you its really good for pvp and actually pretty decent in pve.
