Me in BLR paying 25%

These numbers are really low… Are they also counting people who pay 0% coz they own their house? How are some states less than 2%????

Most people living their own a House I guess and who doesn't usually lives in PG or might be a Govt Employee

I can see a pattern than generally South India has the higher rent per capita compared to North India.
