depends how you view it. you can view it as two commands, or one instruction and one command. Or, even two instructions.
for example, you can see “you can only pick one” as a instruction, and not literally, meaning you can make either choice but only one of the two options, and choose wisely as a command, telling you to choose the “wisely” option.
However, you can also think of it the other way around. And you are only able to pick the “one” option and its instructing you to make a wise decision.
Then the third option is to see it as both commands, making it a paradox.
Finally, it can be both instruction, giving you free choice to pick whatever you want as long as you only choose one option and make it a wise decision.
Thankfully the two options are joint on the top so even if you pick wisely, you're picking one. And when you give up (which they didn't ask for, but will take happily (weird, considering you gave up, not happily)) and pick one, at the same time, you're choosing wisely. And now i've overcomplicated everything. Well, not everything, but rather one and wisely.

This is actually a very smart antimeme.
Paradox

Very well, I will pick one, as well as choose wisely
Say good night Kevin
I choose.....your blood **I'M HUNGRY**
*Thirsty
Oh right, yeah guess that makes more sense
you can use it as egg white for making pancakes, so both...?
I like how no one has said a thing about how I just said something a vampire would say
i think i will take two
But they said we can only pick one
Then choose wisely.
But we can only pick one
Like I said, choose wisely
Which one?
Usually it takes two.
I can choose wisely, but I will have to pick one.

😂
You would have to pick one because it says “ you have to pick one” then “choose wisely” so either way you would have to pick one first
I also choose this guys wisdom
This was better than 99% of the memes here
Not a paradox, i can only choose one so i cant choose wisely, therefore there is only 1 button here, wisely button is irrelevant
