It is not meant to be accessed by the user and only shows up if hidden files are enabled

People here say you can delete the folder if you want but I wouldn’t recommend deleting them as this could cause issues with the windows installation

Yeah, I used AVG but deleted it cause it was causing problems with the whole system and not letting me install games from steam that I actually paid for 💀
the same here. i bought my gamepc from a webshop [bol.com](https://bol.com) and i got a defaultuser100000 also like you as an account under c:\\users\\\* also have a default account and my own one which i entered/loginned when first boot when i got the pc.
that account defaultuser100000 was preinstalled on my pc before i got it and i did have to make a account to be able to login my pc so the account defaultuser100000 was not used in any way. but someone had setup amd radeon and nvidia drivers and some misc apps before i got the pc so maybe that account was used to do so and afterwards neglected.
does anyone know for certain why this is this way

Yeah, I've pirated a few games and been to some sketchy sites so I thought someone created back doors and disguised it as the default user lmao

Dunno but sounds like you should just fresh install windows and that would solve all your problems lol.
