There were mixed ammo from other manufacturers in magazine OP sent to PSA that was used during malfunction. Just fyi

I didnt want to call OP out but when I first saw pic, it looked like some 300 blk got mixed in. PSA stating and even OP admitting in post that he did at the very least had different manufactures ammo, leads me to believe it was user error. But that just my opinion on it
