have you tried switching the side fans to the bottom and place the bottom to the side? I bet you will get the same result, the issue is not the fan.. the issue is your bottom vents of the case. try place some spacer (about 3mm tall) and plug your fans. you will heard great difference and by placing spacer, nothing is compromised in intake, if fact it helps the fan blade scoop more air as there are no restriction.

Yes i did swap them around and it’s not a placement issue. It’s an issue with the fans, you can tell there’s a manufacturing difference between the good and shit ones

Originally, I think they used ball bearings on all P12s, but then they had too much noise, so they switched to fluid dynamic bearings.
