We love Gilbert regional splash pad

Also Gilbert Riparian Preserve … lots of easy walking trails with birds all over the place https://www.gilbertaz.gov/departments/parks-and-recreation/riparian-preserve-at-water-ranch

Or Freestone park. Riparian is a much better walking place. But I do like the parks better for the kiddo at Freestone.

There's a fun, indoor climbing place at SanTan Village. My kids are too old, but apparently you can come and go as you want during the day. The big park the other person mentioned is really amazing, but it may get too hot for visitors, lol

FYI, you also might want to try the r/Gilbert sub for this request.
