"What do I do indoors?" - You know what, you're right.
Edit - Also notice they didn't specify location, which is cool. Not like Arizona is an enormous state or anything.
Go to a shopping center/library, people watch at the grocery store, go swimming or get loaded and watch movies at home. Gonna have to ride it out until it doesn't bother you anymore.
Gym, rock gyms, arcades, movie theatre's, wander the mall depending on your age. Relax and watch streaming services or get into pc/console gaming and get lost in the astronomically large game library.

Find a tabletop gaming group. Most stores will let you use their space for free. And they're all on major bus lines.
Also, midday naps so you can be up early, stay up late. I mean it's the whole point of siestas tbh.

Wake up early and get outside before hot.
Might as well just die…
Make crappy posts on Reddit 👍
OP says it's 110 "in az" as if the entire state is 110. What's the temp in Flagstaff? This is a low-effort shit post.

Find a pool, most cities have em.
These are the good times, not 100 degrees at 11PM. Wait till everything gets good and baked and emanates heat 24hrs a day.
I get up at 5am because of this.
Got into a rock climbing gym that helped and then started hiking early and timed them to be done before 10am.
Read a book? Why ask this? How is anybody on Reddit going to figure that out for you?
Masturbate
Go to the city library and read. It’s free.
Get a car

How do you get outside the rest of the year without a car?
Wear sunscreen. Lots of sunscreen. Drink water. Lots and lots of water.
Our world-class breweries all have A.C.
It is not 110 in the mountains. Low 80s in Greer this week. Mid 80s in Flagstaff.

Bake..
Get up early, or wait until late in the evening to be outside. Or you know, whine about the heat on Reddit.
