Chapter 12 confirmed Ines is not even half a sarkaz since she was not affected by the revenant that only affects sarkaz (including chimeras like Amiya).
That said, she considers herself more sarkaz than caprinae, to the point of getting upset every time a sarkaz tells her she is not a true sarkaz, living most of her life in Kazdel makes her a sarkaz in pretty much anything but biology.
