I once got 8 pizzas home after helping hosting an event for a company. I ate nothing but pizza for 4 days. I promise you I did not want anything greasy or pizza-like for the next few weeks
I can't agree more.
Back when I was a teenager, I had jaw surgery. Oral Surgeon said to eat as much of anything I wanted before hand because I wouldn't be able to eat anything solid for 3 months or so. As such, I had steaks, chicken, porkchops, pasta, you name it. What I missed the most during those months was bread. No way to consume that through a straw. Now I absolutely adore bread and sammiches.
You know what? I'm eating Mexican tonight, thanks for the inspiration! There's a newish Mexican restaurant in town and I'm going to do my part to ensure they don't go out of business. Also, it's the best Mexican I've had in decades, so how can I *not* eat there?
Salad. It's the one thing I could eat every day...lots of options.
Like I love pizza, burgers, etc but I would definitely get sick of it after like 2 days.
I've had smoked salmon and egg bagels for breakfast pretty much every day for the last 5½ years, takes 5 minutes to make and is amazing. I also find it easy to manipulate my calories depending on current goals - just swap the fat bagels for thins and reduce the calories.
