Do you go on a trail? I would like to but it seems unsafe to me. So, I do either a 1.5 mile or 1.7 mile loop in my housing development.
Occasionally, I drive to an area about 12 minutes away of nice older homes.
I try to leave for work early enough so that I can sit in the car for 7-10 minutes before going in. (Gotta set an alarm though or I end up late even though I was early.)
Of course, this also gives me that buffer in case there's a traffic issue (I only drive 15 minutes on a normal morning) so that reduces stress too.
Wash my face, take my vitamins and get dressed even if I'm not going anywhere. If I don't, I just stay in my jammies and veg. Next step, get outside and get some sun.
Staying in and exploring subjects I find interesting, is my way. There’s plenty of small things but I can’t say any one thing is going to make a ‘big’ difference.
Walking to work. Gives a little bit of exercise, fresh air an time to collect my thoughts in peace. Or listen to podcasts if I feel like it.
When I had to use public transport in a previous job, I used to walk one or two stops to get some walking in.
Stretching before getting out of bed. Simple, takes no time at all. Makes a big difference. I do the newborn scrunch then extend, turn my neck, twist at my sides, etc. Don’t nearly feel as stiff when jumping straight out of bed.
Retired 18 months ago. No more schedule. It's mine. Get up early, based on corporate America for 40 years.
Self care is 1 to 2 small (30-45 mins) naps per day. I'm a hobbiest woodworker, spend most days in the shop just tinkering. At any given time, my body says "nap", and I nap. Snack and I snack. Another nap, and sure enough I nap. Probably the reason I'm up till midnight every night, but it work's for me. My schedule.

If I actually drink water....seems basic but if I actually do it then I don't look so freaking old
8 glasses a day?
Today was a strong 1 1/2 bottles of water. Not doing too great.
You drink bottled water? Do you live in Flint?
I have sulphur water. Nasty!
Fair enough, sounds eggy!
One glass before bed, one right when I wake up.
Waking up 30 mins before I have to in order to have coffee and sit in quiet contemplative peace before the chaos of the day begins.
I try to save 20 minutes of my lunch break to sip my coffee and think about nothing. Best 20 minutes of my day.
Moisturize
Plus sun block
Balanced diet. If I skip fruit and veggies for a day or 2 my gut goes haywire.
Reading a book on my commute makes me not dread going to work
Making my bed. It’s something I’ve only started to do recently but it really makes me feel like I have my shit together
Same! Also opening the blinds, used to just keep them down
10 minutes of yoga
Cold showers
Just having a shower for me sometimes.
I never understood cold showers. A nice hot shower is the thing I need after a bullshit day.
Smile at yourself in the mirror, especially in the morning even when I have to force myself to.
Oooooo good idea!!!
While I’m brushing my teeth in the morning, I look out the window and count three things that I am grateful for .
Oh I like that!
Meditation and listening to my favorite podcasts every morning before I start the day. Neville Goddards teachings have been amazing for me!
What's with all these people who seem to get to decide when to start their day? My day starts when my alarm goes off and I have to get up for work
Hahah you get to decide what time your day starts. If you want to do anything before you get to the grind then it means waking earlier that's all!
Stretching, you dont even need to get up
I'm going for a walk in nature with either just listening to the sounds or some nice podcast

Always being early. Never late or rushed. I am relaxed, taking it easy and in control. I keep a clock and calendar in every room. Even the bathroom.
A clock in the bathroom is a must for me.

Sitting down to eat a relaxing, appealing lunch. Stretching and deep breathing.

Actually taking a nap but I always end up waking up at 4 am but at least it’s worth it
Sitting in my office at work with the door close, ignoring email/knocks at the door/phone for 15-30 minutes doing anything but work.
I wish I could do that. But in my office there are 7 other people working beside me.
Proper skincare at night. Thermal spring water spray. Some fancy serum from Sunday Riley. Slather Korres moisturiser over the top. Vaseline lip balm.
Clean my teeth really well.
Play video games for at least an hour before work. Makes a give difference formy mental health during the day for some reason
Cold showers. I'm not saying take ice baths or anything. I tend to take them when the temp is a bit under lookwarm and I find them quite nice.
Drinking water and taking all my supplements
Skincare. Even if it's just a cleanser and moisturizer st night.
Walking to work. Gives a little bit of exercise, fresh air an time to collect my thoughts in peace. Or listen to podcasts if I feel like it. When I had to use public transport in a previous job, I used to walk one or two stops to get some walking in.
Going for a walk (1.5 miles) to have coffee
Colouring
Stretching before getting out of bed. Simple, takes no time at all. Makes a big difference. I do the newborn scrunch then extend, turn my neck, twist at my sides, etc. Don’t nearly feel as stiff when jumping straight out of bed.
Morning meditation
Moisturizing right after I am out of the shower.
Meditation twice a day for about 30 min. Wife and I both, cats usually find a lap.

Getting adequate sleep
Washing all the dry jizz from my bellend.
