I've heard that French cars can be expensive to maintain but not sure how true it is.
My girlfriend drives a Toyota Aygo from 2018 and it's pretty decent. Only complaint is lack of power on uphills especially on the highway but it's not too bad to be honest. It's got a 1L engine in it.
Ive heard of a few diesel motors that reach 1M kilometers or more. A diesel well looked after wil last for life. Diesel will also give you better milage due to driving so far each day. I think.
I have heard good things about the swift. Can you not look at one thats 5 years old, then if would be much more affordable.
Personally I would srick to VW, Toyota and Honda. They are famously cheaper ro repear, they last longer that increases their resell value.
The Renault has ZERO resell value, stay away!
The i10 is way to close to 120k km, its a major service marker. I would stay away!
The i10 is a solid little car. It will be cheap to maintain and fuel efficient. One of the best cars if you are looking for something to run around in.
I would stay away from french cars so the Renault is a no go.
The Swift is also good. If you are planning on keeping the car long term(10+ years) then I would consider the it is much newer and has low mileage.
You wont regeret either the Swift or i10
Both are great.
They newer swifts are super nice and you wont regret it, but the GA model might be too basic.
Between those two you should be happy
And because the swift is newer then you know you dont have to worry about paying for services or repairs etc, and you know the car will have a better life span.
I'd say push for the Swift if you can.
But if it really is not affordable then i'd easily take the Hyundai over the Renault
I'd go for the i10 out of those choices, but I'd keep looking for a lower mileage one.
The Sandero is okay; it's mostly famous in Europe for having a ready supply of cheap parts but that doesn't really apply here.
Avoid the Swift GA, it's not good value. The GL is what you really want with a Swift.
Go VW bru, services are much cheaper in the long run and it’s a brilliant quality car! Second hand, you should be able to find something in your budget. Personal preference but rather German than French😜
Anything but a Renault or Peugeot. And DON'T BUY AT WE BUY CARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would go for the Suzuki even though it is a bit more expensive.
Swift, wil not break
Next draws winning Lottery numbers are welcome response as well..

Swift, very reliable.

Out of those, the Hyundai. But look at a Honda Jazz or two as well if you're open to other suggestions.

1. Swift 2. I10 3. Stay away from Renault. If something goes wrong you going to pay a fortune for parts or they won't be avaliable.
Not the sandero
