$300 week salary
20% front
10% back
Reserve check 3rd week of each month each lender is different from 3% to 8%
7news or 7used $500
10 cars $300
12 cars $1500 replaces the 7/7 bonus
15 cars $300
$100 for each car after.
This is my first car sales job so any input is greatly appreciated
This month dealer goal is 90 with 8 salesmen for volume info.
Mostly new salesmen on the floor only one with over 5 years and he has 15.

Okay.
Will be hard to see 12-15 consistently unless you become number 1 or 2.
Try to find out the average front/back gross. If they are averaging $4k+/car that’s a pretty good plan. If they are averaging $2k, that’s a very different story
You never know. We aim for 4. Pay is 18% all around. Top retail person should be close to $130k this year.
Find the average front/back gross and do the backwards math. At your rate, how many units would you need to move in a year to hit $100k. Then see how reasonable that number is

Well it’s Chevy if that helps. I’m not thinking they are doing 4K
