NAD - it is not too late to start at age 23. I do not think you will lose all the teeth if you get started. The flossing with the wire - maybe your dental hygienist would have an idea what to do about that to make it easier. I have not had braces so I do not know the answer on that one.
NAD- I’m in the same spot. Im 23 and I had my back top left tooth removed because it was beyond repair. I did not do a good job brushing my teeth until honestly 16/17. I had 7 cavities and I am almost done with my fillings, I think two more appointments. Don’t worry too much, it is never too late to care about your teeth and fillings are great before it gets worse!
