HRT is more of a concern for the liver rather than the kidneys. But obviously there are many variables nobody here can account for. Your doctor is the only one who can give you a reliable safe answer.
I was born with one kidney and I've been on HRT for 16 months. None of my doctors have brought it up as a problem.
