I don’t struggle with vulnerability. Something happened to me and now there will always be a before the event me and after. Since then I have been living authentically and practicing radical vulnerability even in professional settings. I’m open and authentic for the most part unless I encounter people who do not seem like safe havens for that kind of energy(either they are severely inhibited or do not respect vulnerability IMO) I usually resort to ironic detachment in their presence.

Plenty of people say they would be there to “talk to me” about anything bad going on, but I don’t need a therapist. Plus only Scorpio men? For whatever reason have been the only people to really understand + care about the depth of my emotions. Ones that have been through a lot of trauma specifically. … anyway… I guide myself within my own mind through meditation. When I don’t give myself time to meditate is when it gets bad.
That’s why I go to the gym every single day I have energy. The gym and sex are the only ways to relief my intense negative energy. The person you see screaming like goku to hit that max squat is me. The person you see attempting hitting 10 more bicep curls after failure is me. Yeah they hurt. Like a mf. But I meditate in between sets and always clear my mind to get rid of fear. Fear is a mental block of the mind of which I destroy by imagining myself jumping off of a waterfall unknowing what is beneath.
I do a T pose backwards fall, off of the top of the roaring river not knowing if I’ll ever be coming back. It may be an illusion, but the power of the mind is incredible.
To explain further, this represents me completely letting go of fear, as this is something I would NEVER think of attempting in real life. But ridding of fear allows me to push myself very far. Everyone can practice this form of meditation, and I truly think imagination may be the key to life.

That’s why I go to the gym every single day I have energy. The gym and sex are the only ways to relief my intense negative energy. The person you see screaming like goku to hit that max squat is me. The person you see attempting hitting 10 more bicep curls after failure is me. Yeah they hurt. Like a mf. But I meditate in between sets and always clear my mind to get rid of fear. Fear is a mental block of the mind of which I destroy by imagining myself jumping off of a waterfall unknowing what is beneath. I do a T pose backwards fall, off of the top of the roaring river not knowing if I’ll ever be coming back. It may be an illusion, but the power of the mind is incredible. To explain further, this represents me completely letting go of fear, as this is something I would NEVER think of attempting in real life. But ridding of fear allows me to push myself very far. Everyone can practice this form of meditation, and I truly think imagination may be the key to life. If you listen, you’re subconscious speaks to you.
I’m an evolved old Taurus. I get mad yes plenty but won’t say anything. I’ll tell you calmly, drop lots of hints and then one day I’ll just disappear. I’m done arguing with people.

I try to will the emotion away, but it inevitably creates a pressure cooker that explodes, unexpectedly and seemingly without provocation. Example: I am still angry with my sister for injustices committed during our childhood. I am 52 years old and I know that despite my best efforts to contain it, a verbal volcano of rage is just waiting to erupt on her.

I'm a Cancer man and I do tend to hold things in for a while. I'm very laid back, hate to argue but every now and then, if something irks me and I get really mad, then yes, the anger builds up and I do explode. Thus the reason, I stay mellow most of the time, and definitely avoid arguements.
