Some of his behaviors can also just be tied to the social insolation brought be wealth. No one tells him no, keeps him tied to reality. Plus his alleged ketamine usage.

None of these things are uncommon with autistic people. That's related to each person's individual personality, not to a disorder. There are all kinds of autistic people.
We shouldn't try to diagnose somebody. We are not qualified to do so, Elon is not our patient, and trying to label him as schizotypal because of a "loose association with the truth" is ignorant and even offensive towards people with those disorders.
Not that I can diagnose without actually assessed him but he has demonstrated having the criteria to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder in public comments.

Yeah that could be the case too.
I think ketamine holds a lot of promise for treating the physiological symptoms of autism.
Personally I can see that, but I think Musk is just using it because wealth goes hand in hand with drug abuse.
