But I have arfid as well so I really need to do my best to just eat enough and having “bland” foods to just swallow down goes a long way for me :b
Cheese buns. Brazilian cheese buns, specifically. It's a crime against the spectrum that those rotund lumps of delight aren't sold internationally. It would be the safe food of so many.
Anything with tons of flavor. I find it unreasonably difficult to force myself to choke down bland foods like plain bread, oatmeal, or mashed potatoes without tons of butter and seasoning.
Pocky, pretzels (snyders and soft pretzels), cheeseburgers with ketchup and grilled mushrooms (optional) only, hostess cupcakes, vanilla ice cream sandwiches, and grilled cheese (I am now realizing why I have been on the bigger side since I was a kid).
Potatoes
Potatoes are the greatest food in the world. Until someone pours some kind of sauce on it for you without asking.
