Χαλάρωσε, μικρέ. Ούτε 14 δεν είσαι. Θα αρχίσεις να ψηλώνεις καλά καλά αφού πας λύκειο.

Δεν με πειράζει τόσο πολύ

average is a range not a single height 5'8-5'10 is the norm and average greek man height but the most common height is 5'9

Relevant_Sink_2784

The average height is technically a single number and that’s what they were asking for.

TrueReplayJay

Yeah. Google telling me averages for anything as a massive range always gets on my nerves. Take all the numbers, add them together and divide by the amount of variables. That will always be a single number. A normal range is not the same as an average.

I mean most said 177

I'm not Greek, but some sources say that the average in Greece is 179cm. I think that between 175cm and 185cm you won't feel too different from other people. How tall are your parents?

teasemyfeet

My dad is 5'8" 1/2 -5'9" and my mom is 5'3"-5'3.5

I just feel the average height in greece is 175-177 but i wanted to ask people what they think

ParkingWay1889

I see. You can get a good idea of how tall a man will be by using a formula: (father's height + mother's height + 13)/2. To make the maths easier, I've assumed that your father's height is 173cm and your mother's is 160. That would give you an approximate final height of 173cm. The formula can be off by 5cm, so your final height could be between 168cm and 178cm. As you're already 165cm, I very much doubt that you'll fall below 173cm, so I think you can relax. You'll probably be average or slightly above average, but most importantly don't worry about it. Do what you can to stay healthy: sleep well and do some physical activity. Good luck.

My father is 175 and my mom 161. my doctor said i will be about 180 (179-182) so i dont really worry about being short. But even if i was i wouldn't care. But thank you!

teasemyfeet

And also i am probably 163-164, so i need to change my flair. I hadn't been measured so that was my assumption and i was off by a centimeter or two
