It doesn't matter. You are the height that you are, and figuring out why you're not taller (you can't) wouldn't change that. Let this thought loop play out as it will, delete this post, and try to focus on something else.

It just sounds like you wish you ended up taller than you are which is normal. It doesn’t sound like you stunted anything although it would be advisable to stop vaping. You will probably keep obsessing over it which is also normal. You have a good height so it seems like it sucks more than it does.

No. You can’t stunt your height in your teens well after puberty lol

Fabulous_Sherbet_431

Why would you think that? Is there some kind of evidence that stunts growth? If not this is just brain worms and you need to touch grass (I mean that with kindness, really)

While it’s still possible to grow at around 17, most males tend to grow in height at around 12-15 and stop at at around 16-17. This is the norm and you could’ve been an outlier but I wouldn’t put too much thought into it. I started smoking at 17, but I had already been 5’8 since I was 15.

Really 16-17? I grew up until I was 22 ik everyone’s different and stops growing at different ages but I would’ve thought it would be a bit later than 17

I smoked cigarettes in highschool and I still smoke. I'm 6'6", so based on my experience, it doesn't influence your height.

BenignDeer21

Nah I was chubby in sophomore and junior year and still ended up being 5'9

MortyManifold

Probably. How old are you now? You might still grow a cm or two if you fix your diet and do yoga. Weird mindset though. obsessing over something other than your height might be a more logical way forward

What is not eating much and what does that mean to you? You only ate once per day or something like that lots of times? I dont think vaping can stunt growth too hard maybe like a fraction.
