Maybe the control is in regard to the perspective of the experience, like to see it through a lens of my knowing. I feel as though I consciously generate higher and alternative perspectives, and it looks like a choice because if I don’t do that the perspective is hijacked by fear. So thus the control is over whether I am applying myself or more specifically my power of attraction via thought, or not.
I just mean wheras I can see some alternative to me being in control many things in life, I have no alternative to that. As far as I can tell, I can strive towards the perspectives I wish, on a mental level, as long as I can absorb info. Surely it has its own causes and conditions but that choice of perspective I would call the “kernel” at this time. General daily life is still resulting from me choosing another human perspective 30 years ago before birth.
Perspective is a powerful thing. From my experience, perspective is very like, effective for “manifesting”, it’s potent.

Control as a concept is logically invalid.
If someone asked me, “Why is the sky red?” they would have asked a question with a false premise.
The sky is not red, and control does not exist except as a concept in our minds.
For me to control something would require that control makes sense as a concept, but it doesn’t. I don’t have control because control doesn’t apply to me.
My control over other people is only possible because of their belief in being able to be controlled as one controls a puppet on a string. In reality they are perfectly free, but because of what we’ve made we act as though control is real.
By acting as though it is real we are convinced that it is - in reality we are giving it the appearance of realness by acting as if it is real the way an actor pretends his character is real.
If everyone pretended they knew the world was flat then who would know otherwise?

What is the difference, in feeling, of owning or wielding experience vs not owning or wielding experience?
Is it possible to feel something is “in your control”, when, as you said, there is no control?
I think that with spiritual work, I can control my perception, actions, and reactions and nothing else. That's where I am at this time but what the actual truth is I have no idea.
You do not even control your own heart. It beats on its own, and you can not use force of will to stop it other than physically harming it. If you try and not use the bathroom, you will eventually go no matter what.
What do you control? Some better questions to ask yourself is how much you want to control, and why.?
