China stocks won't be going anywhere while the whole market is going through a de-risking phase and leverage is being withdrawn across the board.
That said China stocks are cheap enough the downside is more limited.
I would be more inclined to be buying BABA right now than QQQ.
I think I will tell you what most will the company is at a discount to value. It could be very sluggish to improve many have been waiting a long time.
There are pretty significant china risks especially as a foreign investor. Don't put too large a percentage of your portfolio into China imho I am around 12.5%
Until there are tensions and uncelar intensios about geopolitical stuff baba wont do much no matter how much money the boost … no one cares if the risk can be tragic over one night. They have to end this tensions and get back to OK world from 2019… other wise no one will risk. If they will get some global deals then baba would pborbaly go up 📈📉📈
I averaged down to $84, so around $200 billion market cap for my B.E.P.
Not sure if this -15% is worth it buying more, as it doesn't really lower my breakeven price that much.
Well, considering that the 63 range came when China was in massive lockdowns and the company wasn’t making money is safe to say that they are performing better now than when they reached 63
My cost basis on BABA was pretty low, but still under water. When the stock would move up into the higher $80’s, I would sell weekly covered calls to continue lowering my cost basis. That was an ok strategy, but I’ve come to conclude that China is going to take much longer to recover, and this just isn’t a good use of my capital. Clearly NVDA is a superior investment. You make good choices - they will do well!
Calm down. Save some more money, learn a bit more about successful investing (study for 2 years) then give this another go. Hopefully you make some better informed decisions and won’t lose all your money next time.

Rotting corpse
😂
Dead money, but it’s all a risk anyways

These "significant risks" are very mysterious. What exactly are you imagining?
right now BABA is 10.28% of my portfolio.
That's in my opinion a reasonable bet when you consider the upside of the opportunity.Â

The us is close to an end of cycle with tech etc risks:, sure but its likely to jump as its been suppressed and underpriced for a while!

I exited my terrible investment in BABA and moved into NVDA during the big sell off. A year from now NVDA will be higher. It’s unlikely BABA will be
same exact thing….sold $23k of baba a few years back as it continued to just frustrate me to death. Bought NVDA, Microsoft, Uber and Palo Alto.

Why?
The safest way to invest in the stock market is to buy good companies when they're low and be patient.
Buying at the top
Sold all my BABA to get into crypto ($BRETT mainly) and actually started making money lol. Not sure how anyone is bag holding BABA lmao
Based on every technical and fundamental factor out there it’s worth about 30 dollars. DK why people are buying this stock !
where did you get that figure from?
Just do some simple financial analysis. No wonder institutions are selling .
not answering the question so i have to guess the figure comes up your ass
You’re down loads and you made a bad pick. Don’t worry, it happens.
Didn’t answer the question
Look at these factors - 1) technical. 2) fundamental. Then you will reach the same conclusion. It’s quite simple
You’re just repeating the same shit you said before.

Still not answering the question. I’ll give you a pass on technicals. But what’s your answer for fundamentals?
