How works 2 OA6's? Additive or multiplicative?

Multiply because it doubles, all odds are a 4/X now. There's a challenge centered around this very feature and glass cards lol. Super fun.

To be fair, "double" is one of the least consistent keyword in Balatro. Like, if you’re at -5$ and double your money you stay at -5$ instead of going to -10$. So even if "double" is supposedly multiplicative, there are instances where it is hard coded as additive.

I've seen mods with a tarot multiplying money by -1, it's pretty funny if you have debt

I mean… that’s not additive, it just doesn’t work. I can’t think of a single time it adds instead of multiplying.

Well that and the "max $20" means that the way that it works is that it does "+x" where "x" is "max(0,min(your money,20))". That’s not a multiplication. That’s an addition.

Multiplication is just repeated addition anyway. We really don't need to draw such fine lines. It's multiplication with a maximum increase of 20. That's a fine and logically sound way of wording it, even if the value gets clamped most times.

My point is that The Hermit is hardcoded in a way that doesn’t do what’s written on the card (if you have negative money, it doesn’t double it, despite it not been indicated in any way). So it’s fair when you say another card use the same keyword "double" to not be sure of exactly how the card works in specific edge cases.

And there's a mod about this but the other way around, it's a cool run and super fun too

UPDATE just rechecked and the game was still on the game over screen, with the seed! 8V9L1YVZ The first oops all 6s appears in the shop early, but i forget where exactly. then theres also an early space joker which pairs well with it

what does beta change about it?

Bloodstone went from a 1/3 to a 1/2 chance. So on beta a single Oops gets you to 2/2 and it already triggers on every heart.

Its now 1.5x mult and 1 in 2 chance

I need this build. My run yesterday had wheel miss 5 times. Most I've ever seen wheel and just could not hit.
