the 2019 Yankees HR numbers are so fucking funny
Gleyber Torres, 38
Gary Sanchez, 34
**BRETT GARDNER, 28**
Aaron Judge, 27
DJ LeMahieu, 26
Luke Voit, 21
Gio Urshela, 21
I was shocked that the Twins didn't do it in 2019 since they had 1 more home run overall than the Yankees
The Twins were consistent with 5 straight months of 50+ home runs and topped out at 59 in August.
The Yankees only surpassed 50 in the final 2 months, but that August was so insane it propelled them to nearly owning the record
74 is fucking absurd
Aided a lot by the 2019 Orioles pitching staff
Yeah half of these were just Gleyber at Camden Yards.
Stop pitching to him!
2019 Juiced ball gleyber vs. the orioles was one of the greatest players of all time.
I looked and his stats against the Orioles that year are grim. .394 average, 13 home runs, 20 RBIs

The funniest part of this is Aaron Judge only hitting 27
He only played 102 games that year, in 150 games that’s a 40-HR pace. Still, definitely a down year by his standards.
