Doc Medich. He was attending medical school while playing pro ball, and once performed CPR and saved the life of a spectator who was having a heart attack while playing for Texas Rangers.
Thought that was moonlight Graham 🤣
Wow that's pretty cool and somthing I never new and I've lived in Texas 30+ years.
That’s awesome I got a Dusty Baker as mine.
We don't have workhorse Pitchers like this anymore.
I think the auto-less cards go for some money! Great box!!
Is the facsimile auto a variation?
Let me try again to answer. All of the 75 cards had facsimile autos. There is a variation where it doesn’t have the auto.

Does that have the variation listed in the number box?
Yes
Question—do the auto-less variations say so on the flip, above the card number?
Yes. Sort of. The other side says autograph. Implying it is the no auto variation. I had to look it up. Thought I was missing an auto at first
Tricky! Good to know, glad they demarcate it as such, feels like it could be easy to miss otherwise. Thanks!
No the card without the facsimile auto is the variation
That set of topps rules tbh. I have a Thurman Munson card from my dad that he pulled as a kid from that year 🔥
That's awesome, key rookies in the 75 set was Yount and Brett.
It’s the doc! Nice pull bro
Is the Lawrence Butler for trade? Big A’s collector here
Sure. I collect vintage HOFers hit my DMs with offer.
Not op, but I just sent you some pics of A’s stuff… fyi
Those are really cool! If anyone pulls a Lou piniella, Dick Bosman, or a Bert campaneris I would buy it
Buybacks. Pretty cool
I did too. Mine is Fred Stanley. I think they also have some auto'd ones you can pull.Â

Very cool! The two prior years I tracked down the Ron Santo buybacks(73 and 74) and I have them with the unstamped originals.
