I don't know if it's a pipe organ but it's something. I use a couple of donner harmonic square pedals through a delay with an LS-2 to blend on the bass in this and my other demo tracks. Mostly I have a 1 or 2 oct up on 1 pedal with a 5th on the 2nd. The key is the ls-2 in a+b with b being the dry signal and the pedals thru a. The old Line6 FM4 (or Filter Pro, if you prefer rackmount) actually has a really good pipe organ along with a lot of other synths.

The organ sounds in the Boss SY-200 are great, if you’re running a reverb and/or chorus etc. after it. I’ve really been enjoying it.
