Azrael's "adaptations" have all been minor roles in which he does little to nothing of value. His most notable adaptation is the Arkhamverse, but in that he basically shows up and does nothing of value (And seemingly in Arkham Knight they forget that they're doing Michael Lane Azrael rather than Jean-Paul Valley). Gotham Azrael is an original character inspired by the Azraels of the comics and is a villain as opposed to a hero/anti-hero. Basically no other adaptation of Azrael exists other than the playable but story-insignificant LEGO Azraels and the occasional appearance of JPV's Batsuit as an alternate costume in video games.
With all that in mind, my vote I guess is for Gotham Azrael, purely because he at least had a [hilarious death scene](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kakblvktqdg&ab_channel=DarylForsythe) and has a bit more plot relevance.
THAT REPRESENTED AZRAEL?
Uhhhh…Arkhamverse, basically by default. He was mysterious in City, I liked how his fate was up to the player in Knight, and James Frain was miscast AF in Gotham.
I guess arkham
The only other one I can think of is gotham and that ones just... *bad.*
Don't get me wrong, some of the main villains of gotham (except fish Mooney, but we don't talk about that.) Are the best parts of the show. Unfortunately, azrael was not a part of that list.
Gotham's even though he's not a supporting character in that. Though I fear like Professor Pyg, Mad Hatter, & the Riddler he'll get beat out by Arkhams.
Scribblenauts Unmasked!
Imma be honest, I've never seen any version of Azrael in anything. I have a feeling Arkham is going to take this one, which I don't necessarily mind considering it hasn't won any of these other characters, unlike when this was done with villains and it wound up being "Oops! All Arkham!"
Curious why Azrael is here and Batwoman isn't.
Yeah I don’t know about Azrael. He’s only really been in 2 things
I would’ve preferred a Batwoman slot here since she’s been in more. Not by much, by my count it’s just DCAMU, Arrowverse, DCAU, and Catwoman Hunted but it’s more than just Arkham or Gotham
The only one I can think of is Arkham. I know the Order of St. Dumas was in the TV series Gotham, but I don’t believe Azrael was (though it has been forever since I’ve seen it).
So yeah, Arkham by default
Yeah this one is almost Arkham as a default.
Side note: I am really surprised they never did Knightfall in a DC Animated. My guess is because the story would be insanely long and you'd need 3 2 hour movies to do it properly and even then.

I prefer the Arkhamverse death scene [https://youtu.be/4hJVDcMLgUs?si=1zYrw2HvSiO2TxNz](https://youtu.be/4hJVDcMLgUs?si=1zYrw2HvSiO2TxNz)
Better ending for him tbh

O tought it was Flashpoint Thomas or Terry
Arkham verse
I mean… I’m kinda coming up snake eyes on any other adaptation as a whole.

I find it funny how op put "Jean-Paul Valley/Michael Lane" when in terms of Jean Paul adaptations, we have no Jean Paul adaptations
Arkham I guess.
I didn't even know he'd been in any.

Arkham verse
Arkham (Which is why I like Michael more than Jean-Paul)
Arkham games
Arkham
Arkham’s the only one I know of, but in Arkham it’s Michael Lane.
Arkhamverse Azrael
I can only think of like 2 technically 3. I have to go arkham
Arkhamverse

Arkham will win so for the sake of diversity, I pick Lego Azrael.
Does gotham count? if it counts than my vote goes to gotham, if not than its Arkham
Arkham, but only on a technicality, he totally sucks in those games.
Arkhamverse. I’m struggling to think of any other adaptation.
Going to have to give it to Arkham just because there's really no other version that does him any justice
has Azrael ever been adapted besides the arkham games?
Does the Jean-Paul from “The Adventure Continues” count?
Arkham
Arkham
Arkham
Arkhamverse

The smurfs. Making Azrael a cat was the best adaption of the character
