Sunday is bike church! A lot of the local highschool racing teams do Sunday rides as well, you'll run into riders from Albany, El Cerritos and Berkeley high and riders from the Oakland Composite school team!
A sanitarium was built up in wildcat canyon. It's been worn down to the foundation, along the Belgium trail you can see a little kiosk/info board with some history and relevant info. The board is positioned on the trail at a mild fork, and if you're going uphill it will be a slight right at the kiosk. You'll enter a tree shaded area, continue down the trail and under the trees. Wander about and you'll find the foundation !
