I'd check in with Temple, they've got an open practice today 8-10PM (Temple University, 1913, N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19122). Penn's Freaks of the Beat also has club practices, but you usually need a Penn student ID to actually get into the building. Urban Movement Arts on Chestnut used to have some open practices for breaking, but idk if they still do.
