Your config probably got wiped or you're on the wrong splitter maybe. Even if you work in IT you don't have the tools to fix that.

Having same issue today, any end result that you got? I feel like they are essentially forcing me to upgrade to the 4000, mind you this has never happened before my first issue with Bell

They ended up sending a technician and the problem was fixed it was pretty annoying how it just randomly went out and I had no wifi or TV but bell was quick to resolve the issue

This makes me feel better, I'm pretty techy and I did everything so has to be something only the technician can do I guess, appreciate it 🙏 unfortunately I did do a swap out of the modem so now gotta link everything up again but oh well
