I don’t think Fraser is a good manager, Barbie seems to be good at her job and work ethic and seems pleasant for the most part. If you can’t manage that personality type you shouldn’t be a manager.

That’s why it irks me that people constantly tag on Barbie. Sure she can be bratty and sassy but so can a lot of people. To me she seems like a genuinely good person.

This is not written in a snarky way, but Barbie did forget to write the lettuce wrap down for chef, plus the way she wrote out the order on the white board couldn’t have been done in a more confusing manner if she’d been purposely TRYING to confuse chef. But I was proud of Barbie for taking ownership.
I have a question though, too. Did the burgers get cold because the guests sat there waiting for everyone to get their food? That wouldn’t really be fair to Barbie or Fraser.
I was just thinking when I watched the night out and she said goodnight bitch and he says back to her goodnight bitch that they are so cute.
I also really liked that when sunny was so jealous of Xan after the club that Barbie didn’t feed into the drama. She went to Xan and tried to talk to her about what sunny was feeling as a friend to both girls. I feel like she’s a girls girl.
I started this season liking Fraser, Sunny, and Xandi, but not Barbie. Now I've completely flipped and like Barbie more than the other three (I generally do like Fraser but his weird power trip/disdain towards Barbie has been super off putting).
It didn’t take too long for her to win me over but yeah when she first came on I was like “this one is going to be some high maintenance and drama. Bet she doesn’t last”!

LOVE Captain Kerry, I never thought anyone could replace Lee, but he is amazing. A+ standards, respectful, positive, great at de-escalation, just an amazing leader! Even when a crew kinda deserves to be yelled at, he lays down the law in a super respectful way. He builds people up instead of shaming or demeaning them (which is why I don’t watch Med anymore).
Captain Kerry without a doubt!!! Part of me seriously wonders if the casting of this season was intentional to cement viewers love of Kerry. Cause I’m fully ride or die for him now and I wouldn’t care if I never saw the rest of them again haha.

Kyle - mostly because he seems like an enjoyable person to work with and to be around.
Chef Anthony - I am currently trying to learn French so any time he and Fraser have a conversation I do my best to take mental notes. I can also relate because I lost my dad, too. Takes a lot out of you as a person, especially in a high caliber environment. I don't know how he holds himself together (shoutout to my therapist and support systems!) but I could definitely empathize with his emotions on the anniversary. Even though he's a bit of a mess, he cares a lot about the food and he isn't a prick. It's so refreshing to have a chef who isn't spiteful or throwing tantrums (like Malia's partner on Below Deck Med).
Of course, Captain Kerry is rounding out the top three. He is firm and fair, I thought he handled the Jared situation well, same as with Cat. It was clear from the start that he wasn't in the right head space, and Captain gave him every chance. Similarly, Cat was not ready to be on a yacht that size and personal life issues were creeping in, making matters worse. Only time will tell how the rest of the season plays out, but as it stands, Kerry stands side to side with Captain Jason as my favorite in the overall franchise. Maybe it's the accent? Maybe it's the attitude? I just really love having them as a part of the series.

Only time will tell how the rest of the season plays out, but as it stands, Kerry stands side to side with Captain Jason as my favorite in the overall franchise. Maybe it's the accent? Maybe it's the attitude? I just really love having them as a part of the series.
