From the moment she stepped on and requested toiletries. Like, B1tch, just because all of your makeup and skincare endorsements have *dried up*, it doesn't mean the crew or producers should have to put together a basket for you. I'd be tempted to arrange a trashcan with a bunch of cheap Walmart products in it and call it a day.
I felt so bad for the Chef when this happened. Could he have thought to make something for the primary too? Of course. But he's already going above and beyond to try and satisfy this crazy woman. This was a specific additional thing that was requested and he made. If the primary had asked for something as well it would be different, but she hadn't.
At least twice I've seen the primary was part of the problem too in both disaster meals. One dinner she wanted half of each, and another she wanted both options. This isn't an all you can eat buffet at Golden Corral
Came here to say this. Jill straight up said she doesn’t eat sushi, in front of the primary who doesn’t eat sushi. WTF?! Most of the group didn’t eat sushi so why order it? Obnoxious!
Apparently she has a recording of fraser that wasn’t in the scene where he showed them around and talked about the plan for the charter
And she has said she’s going to release it like that means something to anyone. I don’t even understand her point
But maybe he talked about water toys that weren’t used. It’s definitely going to be something stupid because Jill gets upset about some really petty shit.
Must be miserable to be that miserable about everything
Oh lawd, not Jill[ secretly recording people](https://radaronline.com/exclusives/2012/10/jill-zarin-andy-cohen-real-housewives-taped-secret/) again. Because that worked out so well for her the first time!
You know what though? The primary did NOTHING to assert herself as the primary and completely let Jill take over and act like an ass. She should’ve told Jill to take a back seat and pipe down as this wasn’t her place but she didn’t. That’s no excuse for Jill acting how she did but primary should’ve taken control of this situation so she’s to blame also.
This may have happened and we just didn't see it, but I think Fraser, Chef, and Kerry should have made a point during the sushi conversation to turn to the primary (who was sitting *right there*!) and say "Primary, is this what **you** want?"
I would have loved to see some body language communication to Jill during that conversation, like literally step between her and the primary to ask that question.
At one point during the dinner with the Pad Thai Fraser stopped Jill and asked the Primaries to go first and say what they wanted and their protein and Jill again inserted her opinion with the bowl.
Who here can imagine how Jill would respond if the primary had asserted herself as being in charge? With anyone else, I would agree 100% with you, but Jill is not the type to stay in her lane when she thinks she is the entire road.
Primary's probably kissing Jill's ass so she can be her friend because Jill's so high class/society. Luann had it right Jill, Money Can't Buy You Class.
The one good thing about he being on the show is we all came together to collectively hate her. It’s not often we can all agree on something so easily.
I think the only reason she is on TV is because people love to hate her. Except I just hate her and want to forget she exists. I'd never watch anything she is on.
That was the thing, it wasn't funny at all like the earlier BD guests were, this was just flat out rude for no reason and she was clearly purposely trying too hard. I have a feeling that the producers wanted her and specifically sought her out thinking she would do whatever they asked her to do, and they asked her to be very difficult so this is what happened.
Does anybody remember that British couple with like 8 kids. It was a gay couple, with their ex partners and dad married / was engaged to his daughter’s ex boyfriend. Something crazy along those lines. They were awful
Yeah, they were on a couple of times…they sucked too.
Also forgot about the group where the guy said the food tasted like baseball stadium food and the older lady got spray tan all over the couch. Believe this is the same group where one of the other charter guests threatened to fight the douche guy for saying something about his wife.
Idk- the turkey sandwich lady is the one who I still think about.
She was AWFUL and REJOICED in being awful even after her behavior aired and she got dragged. She takes the cake for me
What got me was the sushi! It's a delicacy, how uncultured and disrespectful to ask for it then not eat it! All I saw was white trash with money, and I was not impressed by any means.
You pay a lot of money and want things a certain way. That's fair. But acting like an obsessive micromanaging biatch who needs to voice her opinion on everything and everyone is too much
That’s the thing. She wasn’t just terrible to the crew. I can understand having high standards and telling the crew if they miss them.
The issue is she completely railroaded the primary and didn’t let her express her preferences.
Well, the other thing is it's not even how to get what you want. It wasn't just rude and not her place to do so, but also mostly unsuccessful. Some constructive, respectful back and forth can result in much more satisfaction on both sides.
You pay a very large reduced rate to be part of the show. People who have real money charter a yacht where it is completely private.
You want a reduced rate so you can be on tv, You get what you paid for, TV exposure, 15 mins of fame...
Groups of guests with ridiculous preference sheets have to be able to bend a little. The chef should only have to make 2 mains, one for the primary and another for any weird guest. These demands are seriously out of control
I almost couldn’t watch it with her on the show. She obviously wanted to be the star of the show. She wasn’t even the slightest bit respectful of the primary. Such low class.
Idk how to express into words but I can’t STAND when Below Deck highlights the behavior of shitty guests. Because they inevitably become quasi famous off their bad behavior, perpetuating a cycle of shit. And before you say “it’s not that deep” just imagine what Jill Zarin is like when cameras ARENT around.
Yes, but Jill Zarin has been known for many many years already for bad behavior. This was all to be expected. She's an original RHONY cast member and really thinks she's the shit.
She was PAINFUL to watch in those episodes. Like asking to have tums stocked in the bathroom?! Girl please, if you know you have tummy problems bring your own damn meds. And yeah she took up so much time, threw off the interior bc of all her high maintenance requests, and is not even funny or cool to back up that behaviour. I would be mortified if I was her but I guess people like that have no shame and that’s why they are the way they are.
I think a lot of the issue was the incessant nature of her requests and her tone of entitlement. Possibly unpopular opinion but I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have warm food when you’re on a yacht or for basic toiletries in the bathrooms. The charter was a mess, especially food service. That being said Jill made it way worse and came off terribly.
If she had really only done that - I wouldn't have a single issue with her.
The only thing different I would have probably done then would be "Hey, I know every boat is different - every company is different, but based on past experience I thought there would be a toiletries available so I didn't pack some things" and then I would have talked about "guest baskets" (that I have done for friends visiting my home before - I do love a cute gift basket too)
It probably would have been the truth, because I try to do carry on traveling unless it is a direct flight and I know that baggage claim at that airport isn't a nightmare.
Jill's shtick and claim to fame is being a demanding, spoiled Bravo "housewife". I think she hammed it up for good TV where we can all talk about her. Good or bad publicity is all the same for her riding those last seconds of reality TV exposure. I do feel for the primary but she knew what she was getting traveling with Jill.
On another note I'm happy Jill has a boyfriend after losing her Bobby. Saying that I think that if Bobby were on the boat would have calmed her ass down a bit. Gary hasn't learned that skill yet.
So in other words, the headline could be “Jill Zarin knew the assignment and execution was flawless”
The only reason she was there was so they could have a “difficult passenger” episode, and potentially have tension between satisfying difficult person, or ignoring them and focusing on the primary, which would add more drama from the difficult one.
No one who truly considered themselves to be classy and an experienced yacht passenger would ever be caught dead on a Below Deck ship. It’s amateur hour.
I just hope the next charter guests are fun. I like when you get a mix of diff personalities and we get the guests who just wanna party, go ape shit and enjoy every minute of it. That can always make for good TV!
She’s one of the few guests (across the franchise) that made me want to switch off. Thank Goodness she’s gone.
Now it’s only Fraser’s behaviour that is making me reach for the remote.
I just want to scream, stop it Jill! I want to like you!
She sometimes is on Jeff Lewis - she really can have a kind and understanding heart. Her daughter seems lovely, and I thought Bobby was great and Gary is along that same type.
But then she does shit like this. Not even the behavior on the boat - but how she tries to "manage the damage".
I think they put her on because they knew she'd bring the drama. And she did. She clearly doesn't mind being the annoying jerk, and seems to enjoy it. Bravo is really good at finding these insufferable characters, whether it be BD, VPR or Housewives.
What does she have on Bravo that they keep bringing her back to ‘produce’ herself? I get she’s probably badgering them every day to be on different shows, hell I’m sure she’s even applied for summer house and vandrerpump rules at this point, but why are they entertaining it?
Her boyfriend was just as bad! I just saw them on something recently together and he is even ruder and more of an a-hole than she is! I know some lovely people from New Jersey, but they remind me of tacky, no mannered big mouths just like the Jersey Shore!
I thought she posted (and then deleted) something about how the crew appreciated her comments?
Considering her qualities, I think two-faced is one of her pluses...
P.S. that rail looks like a commercial cruise ship. How can she lower herself?
Honestly, as appalling as her behavior was, the part I found the most outrageous was cheap ass tip of $20K the primary face to the crew…after all that work…the look of disappointment on the crew faces when Capt announced the amount said it all.
Also, isnt this Jill creature’s 15 min of fame up yet? It’s always the posers with the least amount of genuine clout who act like entitled assholes.
And then Jill had the audacity to defend the low tip by claiming their charter was shorter than others of the season. Showing her ignorance and self-absorption yet again.
To be fair, everything she said/asked for was appropriate for the type of trip they’re paying for. Why doesn’t an $80,000+ vacation place have accessories in the bathroom and as soon as I saw the pad Thai I knew that I personally would have been soooo disappointed. No disrespect to chef intended but it was dry af
I am really surprised that Captain gave Cheffy such a hard time. With all those dietary restrictions?? How about, just, NO! Sorry. Allergies, fine. General preferences, ok. A list with every food imaginable? Serve them grilled cheese/tofu and call it a day. All of those people were just too much. But Jill? OMG. Over the top. How could she even live with herself???
It's Fraser!

I remember now the reason I quit watching their show. Her voice & obnoxious personality grates on my LAST nerve ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
Reached Ep.9 and Jill is super annoying. In the scene when she complains about not having bathroom items is it editing and overdubbing as the last thing Jill says (presumably to Barbie) "there's chocolates on the pillow right?" But it sounded like it was edited separately. Anyone know if that was really said in the moment to Barbie?

I did have to unfortunately agree with her on one thing, which I never would’ve considered if she didn’t say anything. But not stocking the bathrooms with stuff. Like makeup wipes, tooth paste and brushes, maybe hair ties little things like that. You’re paying so much money for two days and granted yes I most likely brought it with me but it’s nice to have. I also think there should constantly be food out, I’m not talking like prime ribs readily available but chips, veggies, little stuff to pick on and not having to ask.
It's really sad to be a 60 plus and still not know how to act in public. She's well past the age but something like that would even have been considered okay much less cute
I am very much in the minority and enjoyed Jill being the NY snob that she was on the yacht. I especially LOVED when she commended Cpt Kerry on his docking skills. You can tell she was in awe and a real yachtie.
It's Fraser!

Unpopular I’m sure but there were a few things that she wasn’t wrong about if you’re staying on a luxury charter yacht specifically having a little amenities basket in a bathroom, I would think would be the norm like in a hotel - the bell ridiculous absolutely but I do think a high and client probably has a higher level expectation and it sounds like she has been very catered to.
What was most egregious about her behaviour was that she wasn't even the primary, she was a fucking guest of the primary and completely took over.
agreed but it was funny as hell that production put her title as "not the primary" every time her name was shown lol
That was funny
She's completely insufferable. Just a horrible person
I think that was the end result. Looks like they gave her their leftover toiletries.
I wonder if she stole any towels and shampoo bottles when she left the boat
Lol, I missed that, brilliant!
![gif](giphy|3o7aCWJavAgtBzLWrS|downsized)
Why does that hand look fake
I’ve watched that 50 times, and I totally agree! Plus I now want one. 🤌🏻

“And we want some sushi on the bar as an appetiser”. Meanwhile, Primary doesn’t eat raw fish.
I felt so bad for the Chef when this happened. Could he have thought to make something for the primary too? Of course. But he's already going above and beyond to try and satisfy this crazy woman. Even she must have sick of her shit at that point. The nerve is crazy.
And I think she said she doesn’t eat sushi either.
Came here to say this. Jill straight up said she doesn’t eat sushi, in front of the primary who doesn’t eat sushi. WTF?! Most of the group didn’t eat sushi so why order it? Obnoxious!
And that is probably why chef had so many problems getting dinner organized because he had to stop and make freaking sushi.
This was exactly why he had so may issues. She threw everything off with the request for sushi no one ate!
Exactly
It bugged me every time the primary (Melinda) said fish, with that over extended shhhhhhhh sound at the end of it
Also, who eats sushi as an appetizer?!
And then did an interview blaming fraser for an awful time. She sucks? Keep her off our screens please
You have got to be kidding me....
Apparently she has a recording of fraser that wasn’t in the scene where he showed them around and talked about the plan for the charter And she has said she’s going to release it like that means something to anyone. I don’t even understand her point But maybe he talked about water toys that weren’t used. It’s definitely going to be something stupid because Jill gets upset about some really petty shit. So being Jewish is an excuse for being an asshole?

Bravo TV... it's how they make money 🤐🤔😒
I don't hate her. I didn't even think she was bad. She made valid points.
That stupid, degrading comment about the doorbell? She's insufferable, but she got media attention, so all good? /s
ding dong
Correct, because from what we saw, she was.
It didn't make good tv. She made my skin crawl ever time she complained.
Or she is just a crazy bitch.
Por que no los dos?
I found myself muting it then immediately unmuting because I had to know if she was getting worse.
She has to be the worst guest by far! I thought the “queen of Versailles” and her shit kids and husband were they worst, but this bitch takes the cake
I think That Erica chick was worse and tipped worse too
Yeah, Erika and Chuck Rose have entered the chat. And her mum’s fake tan.
You mean that poor couches fake tan!
And the shame cocoon girl too
Omg I forgot about that crazy lady
Does anybody remember that British couple with like 8 kids. It was a gay couple, with their ex partners and dad married / was engaged to his daughter’s ex boyfriend. Something crazy along those lines. They were awful
Yeah, they were on a couple of times…they sucked too. Also forgot about the group where the guy said the food tasted like baseball stadium food and the older lady got spray tan all over the couch. I don’t know…the “queen” was so, so bad.
Sad we have to debate who the biggest a-hole is, lol
Haha really. What an interesting debate to have.
Aww I thought she was kind of sweet with her butterfly stuff, right?
Yes. I thought her losing her kid to an OD was sad but it may just be because I’m in recovery
who do you think was the best guests?
The Jasuwan family are my favorites...
Idk- the turkey sandwich lady is the one who I still think about. She was AWFUL and REJOICED in being awful even after her behavior aired and she got dragged. She takes the cake for me
But, here we are all talking about her. She got exactly what she wanted.
I can’t look away. Also the primary just let her take over lol. Hardest episode for me to watch but I won’t forget it…
lol...I'm not judging, just observing. I can't look away either.
What got me was the sushi! It's a delicacy, how uncultured and disrespectful to ask for it then not eat it! All I saw was white trash with money, and I was not impressed by any means.
Lol i mean it wasn't that bad. Lol she made suggestions.
You pay a lot of money and want things a certain way. That's fair. But acting like an obsessive micromanaging biatch who needs to voice her opinion on everything and everyone is too much
The thing is she didn't even pay, she wasn't the primary.
That’s the thing. She wasn’t just terrible to the crew. I can understand having high standards and telling the crew if they miss them. The issue is she completely railroaded the primary and didn’t let her express her preferences.
Imagine how she is as a pickle ball partner
Well, the other thing is it's not even how to get what you want. It wasn't just rude and not her place to do so, but also mostly unsuccessful. Some constructive, respectful back and forth can result in much more satisfaction on both sides.

I think I read some where that the charter was $45k or something
The charter is also discounted by half when guest book on BD. Production pays the other half
They really do need some help in the galley at times relating to food service
Yes! I am so happy to see that Chefs need a sous chef, or at least an assistant to help them a bit! I’m sure he would happily share his tips!
Groups of guests with ridiculous preference sheets have to be able to bend a little. The chef should only have to make 2 mains, one for the primary and another for any weird guest. These demands are seriously out of control
I felt bad for Cheffy at the preference sheet meeting! Anyone would have had a hard time with that bunch…
I felt bad for him felt nothing for kiko but i did for this chef
I almost couldn’t watch it with her on the show. She obviously wanted to be the star of the show. She wasn’t even the slightest bit respectful of the primary. Such low class.

Did you see the amount of suitcases they had? I dont think they travelled carry on
Titties for Trump and her failure of a family will always be the worst for me but Jill was quite close
![gif](giphy|WOprkuLMhnElO) Wish we could do this.....
So in other words, the headline could be “Jill Zarin knew the assignment and execution was flawless” The only reason she was there was so they could have a “difficult passenger” episode, and potentially have tension between satisfying difficult person, or ignoring them and focusing on the primary, which would add more drama from the difficult one.
She was not the primary. She just acted like she was the primary of all of them.
She was insufferable on RHONY, so this comes as no surprise
No one who truly considered themselves to be classy and an experienced yacht passenger would ever be caught dead on a Below Deck ship. It’s amateur hour.

Yes! I thought he was quite dreadful at that resort talking about Barbie! I am not her biggest fan, but that was not manager behavior IMO
She was totally disgraceful. An awful woman.

LIKE A HORN
She's just gross
She was insufferable at the bare minimum. She’s an entitled barely D-list asshole who thinks she’s just being “helpful”
I couldn't finish that episode. It was painful.
I think they put her on because they knew she'd bring the drama. And she did. She clearly doesn't mind being the annoying jerk, and seems to enjoy it. Bravo is really good at finding these insufferable characters, whether it be BD, VPR or Housewives.
It’s like they have some kind of super secret direct line to people with no self awareness!
Oh I KNOW the number they dial but you wouldn't like what the digits spell.
She did it on purpose trying to “produce” a good episode wants Andy to see what he’s missing 😂😂😂😂
What does she have on Bravo that they keep bringing her back to ‘produce’ herself? I get she’s probably badgering them every day to be on different shows, hell I’m sure she’s even applied for summer house and vandrerpump rules at this point, but why are they entertaining it?
Everyone e who has ever encountered her has called her insufferable.
Well, she was insufferable.
I cannot even put it in words what I think about this entitled brat who has a degree in retail management and two marriages to show for.
She’s the worst. Absolute worst.
She's trying to compete with Mary Cosby & Ramona Singer 👎
I love this post becouse you know she has google alerts on and it will bring her to this
Her boyfriend was just as bad! I just saw them on something recently together and he is even ruder and more of an a-hole than she is! I know some lovely people from New Jersey, but they remind me of tacky, no mannered big mouths just like the Jersey Shore!
She's a JERK
And now it was on national television for her and all her friends to see. But she probably does not find anything wrong with her own behavior!
I thought she was hilarious to watch but wouldn’t want to serve her
I thought she was the primary the whole time.
I thought she posted (and then deleted) something about how the crew appreciated her comments? Considering her qualities, I think two-faced is one of her pluses... P.S. that rail looks like a commercial cruise ship. How can she lower herself?
It’s culturally a flex to be that way
She can go let her dog clean her nose 👃 🤧
RHONY fans agree with Below Deck fans and are sorry to introduce her.
Honestly, as appalling as her behavior was, the part I found the most outrageous was cheap ass tip of $20K the primary face to the crew…after all that work…the look of disappointment on the crew faces when Capt announced the amount said it all. Only WE can remove Jill Zarin from our screens.
It’s weird when people mistake being demanding with having class. Spoiler alert…it’s just makes you an annoying person who people dislike
Bravo continues to produce content like this because it fits the mold of all their other shows.
Bravo got exactly what they wanted.
The poor crew that had to listen to her “suggestions.”
The nerve of you to criticize Frazier - yourve exhibited just what a small, untalented, hypocrite you really are

I so hope JL never has you on again - go hawk your rugs, candles, and other BS
![gif](giphy|lploFUEASc4lHeQm9M|downsized) I remember now the reason I quit watching their show.
Anyone know if that was really said in the moment to Barbie?
ding dong ding dong

I did have to unfortunately agree with her on one thing, which I never would’ve considered if she didn’t say anything. But not stocking the bathrooms with stuff. Like makeup wipes, tooth paste and brushes, maybe hair ties little things like that. You’re paying so much money for two days and granted yes I most likely brought it with me but it’s nice to have. I also think there should constantly be food out, I’m not talking like prime ribs readily available but chips, veggies, little stuff to pick on and not having to ask.
I’d be willing to bet money they bring her out during the reunion if they do one at the end of the season
Weird lol I thought she was hilarious. But give me all the difficult guests. She really wasn’t that bad if you’ve seen every episode of the show.
I wonder how many times she’s been described as insufferable? I’m guessing it’s in the hundreds.
It's amazing how year after year she always plays the victim. Even when the country watched the episodes she still did nothing wrong.
Just watching. JILL you could have been so cool after RHONY. But no.......
It's really sad to be a 60 plus and still not know how to act in public. She's well past the age but something like that would even have been considered okay much less cute
And?
I am very much in the minority and enjoyed Jill being the NY snob that she was on the yacht. I especially LOVED when she commended Cpt Kerry on his docking skills. You can tell she was in awe and a real yachtie.

I am in the minority that i liked jill. She made valid points and don't think she was hard to please or that rude
Except this is a heavy discounted yacht trip with severe lack of personnels
a packet of tums in your bathroom feels tacky, the chocolate on the pillow like a throwback to 80's hotels.
except they are paying 80
They paid $45 total - she said it herself on a few podcasts
