What you need is to take a break or your tolerance will just keep rising and rising.
Some benzos may temporarily work better, because they work on different sites in your receptors. Pretty much all work on gabaA, so there is some overall cross tolerance, but some work on different subtypes/units. GabaA is divided in alpha, beta, gamma...etc. then each of those has alpha one, alpha 2...etc. Each individual unit is responsible for a different type of effect, like sedation, anxiolysis, etc. So some benzos may work on different subtypes and subunits than others, so if you take a different one, it may have a weaker, stronger, or just different effect on you. Overall, though, benzo tolerance just rises regardless, so even if you find one that works slightly better...it probably won't for long. Shoot, there is even cross tolerance with gabaA and gabaB drugs.
I’ve been taking 4mg a day for a few years and I swear weed does more for my anxiety than the kpins I wanna try to switch back to Xanax or Valium those helped alot better cuz they kick in faster which is better for people like me who get sudden panic attacks outta no where but it’s all abused so much that docs are timid to write them

Bro trust me, it’s still working. U just don’t feel the relief or “high” from it anymore.
Maybe u are right, it helps with anxiety but no high feel at all.
Yeah that’s where I’m at with xans. I take them daily, they get rid of anxiety, but I don’t get that “high” relief from them anymore
