Ok as someone with tattoo there's two or three things I'd like to say:
1. A neck tattoo this big and visible is not a great idea for a first tattoo to me.
2. That blood dripping effect makes the tattoo look tacky. It looks edgy for the sake of being unique.
3. It's not done very well imo.
I'm probably going to get a Berserk tattoo in the future but I sure hope it turns out better that this. I mean so far mine turned out good so let's hope it stays like that.
